    Additional Clarification

    • If your membership renewal date is on or before October 15th, you will be charged as usual and your sessions will be valid until that corresponding date in November. You will not be charged again in November.

      • i.e. If your membership renews on October 6th, this will be your final payment, and you can use your sessions until November 6th. 

    • Your membership will not be renewed if your renewal date is AFTER October 15th

      • i.e. If your membership would normally renew on October 16th, you WILL NOT be charged, and will no longer have an active membership.

    • Only Packages/Single Sessions will be available for purchase AFTER October 15th.

      • Updated closing prices will be announced in the next few weeks.

    • How long is each session?

      • 75 minutes

    • How many days in advance can I book?

      • 21 days (3 weeks)

    • Will each person in my party need to pay?

      • No, the cost is per studio session.

      • Only one person needs to purchase the session. However, all guests must fill out our waiver.

    • Is there an age requirement?

      • Yes, clients/members must be 18+ to book the studio & workout alone.

      • Minors (17 and under) will need to have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian and be accompanied in the studios.

    • Are there showers?

      • No, the shower is for employee use only.

    • Are there cancellation fees or contracts?

      • No, you can cancel your membership at any time before the next month’s renewal date

    • Can I still bring people with me?

      • Yes, our studios can occupy up to 4 people. All guests in your party will also need to fill out our waiver.

    • What is the benefit of sharing my membership? (Standard / Premium Membership)

      • You and the person you choose to share it with can visit on different days with different people

      • More flexibility for your party’s schedule

    • Will I still need to make a reservation?

      • Yes, to ensure there is a studio available at your preferred time.

      • (Walk-ins are still available, but we cannot guarantee an open studio)

    • When I book a session, it still says $28. Will I be charged again?

      • No, if you have sessions remaining on your membership, you can disregard the cost.

      • We will do the checkout when you arrive, and use your remaining sessions.

    • Can I use more than one session in a day?

      • Yes, but be aware of your membership limit (12 for Basic, 16 for Standard, 22 for Premium)

      • If needed, you can purchase additional Single Entry sessions or the 5 Session Pack

    • Will unused sessions carry over to the next month?

      • No, each month, on your renewal date, the number of sessions remaining in your account will reset (12 for Basic, 16 for Standard, 22 for Premium)

    • When does my membership renew?

      • Your membership will renew on the day of purchase (NOT on your first visit)

      • We recommend purchasing the membership on the day you plan on coming in

    • I ran out of sessions, what are my options?

      • You can purchase single or 5 pack sessions until your renewal date (discounted cost for Members)

        • Let us know if you would also like to upgrade your membership at the next renewal date

      • You may not cancel and renew a membership within a 30 day period.

    • Is this the same as a Distant Fitness Membership?

      • No, members should continue to book ‘Single Entry’ service

    • What is Wellhub?

      • A wellness platform/app offered by your employer

    • How do I book/reserve a studio?

      • Book the ‘WELLHUB ONLY’ service on Vagaro

      • FOR EVERY VISIT, open your Wellhub app and click "Check-In" from your home page. Show your check-in confirmation screen to a staff member.

      • Note: $1 service fee is listed to have a credit card on file. You WILL NOT be charged when you arrive for your session
